Rick and I were very pleased with Tammy Liquori. We met with Tammy in November, when we decided to sell our condo at Sunrise Pointe, before we left to return to Pennsylvania. We shared our plan to try and sell it privately in January, and if we were not successful, we would list it in February. She also knew that we were going to try to preserve our rentals till the end of April. Needless to say, it is not what I would consider a simple listing. Tammy said she would keep us abreast of the market, and that is exactly what she did. She touched base with us in December. Checked on our plan to see if we were still going to try to sell it privately. She checked back mid-January to see how it was going...lots of interest but no offers at that point. Called her 3 weeks into January after 10 showings and no offers. Made plans to take photos and do a realtors open between our January and February rentals arriving. Then...surprise! One of the couples we had already showed the condo to made an offer the morning after we signed the papers to list. Tammy worked with us to make this sale happen. Tammy was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, congenial, and understanding throughout the process. Rick and I felt very comfortable working with Tammy, and we would not hesitate to work with her again or to recommend her to a friend looking for a realtor!
